  • Marcus started out as a business consultant for Capgemini UK, a leading business consulting company. Having a passion for technology, he went on to become CTO UK before taking over the family business at TM&CO.

    His previous business consulting experience, coupled with his flair for technology and understanding of process and managing projects has enabled him to acquire the skills to excel when managing property developments in a methodical, technical and evolutionary manner. He’s at the top of his game with a vast understanding of structures, materials, technicalities and quality products. So whether you have a complicated architectural design, want state of the art technology or are after durable or sustainable materials – (or all four! ), he is there to guide you every step of the way.

  • Having worked in the business and legal positions, Tamara got a real feel for problem solving in her main role of negotiation. This has put her in great stead for working on building sites where there are often several parties to manage - she ensures everyone is working in cohesion.

    Tamara has worked in property for a number of years and has an artistic flair and exceptional eye for detail. She is passionate about interior design and continually updates her knowledge of trends and design by attending workshops and international interior fairs and working with colleagues to build lasting relationships that ultimately our clients benefit from.

    She helps our clients create a vision which ultimately becomes a reality for their homes.
